Shipping Policy
The Ritual Cali is not responsible for any packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that our liability ends the moment your order is scanned by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

No Liability for Damage: We are not responsible for items damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

No Liability for Delays: While we strive to process orders quickly, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or transit interruptions. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier or your local law enforcement to report the theft.
Accurate Shipping Information
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address.

We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from The Ritual Cali are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do not provide "missing package" refunds, as we have no control over the postal service or the security of your delivery location.
Product Compliance & Seizures
We exclusively sell compliant hemp products; however, it is the customer's responsibility to know their local and state laws. The Ritual Cali is not responsible for packages that are delayed, intercepted, or seized by law enforcement or postal authorities due to the nature of the product. No refunds will be given for seized or confiscated goods.
Fraud & Chargeback Policy
To protect our business from fraudulent claims:

We log all IP addresses and keep records of all fulfillment data.

Any customer attempting to manipulate policies to obtain "free" products through false "not received" or "damaged" claims will be blacklisted from future purchases.

We will vigorously contest any fraudulent chargebacks by providing the financial institution with this signed policy and proof of delivery.
